Bravo to the team of people that cleaned the film and color corrected the series. Outstanding work

I've seen it, it's very nice.
Those guys had their Mitchell and Flying Fortress in the air during the airshow here a few weeks back.

My great uncle was the bombardier of a B-17 during World War II. He made a lot of bombing runs over Europe in 1944. The 8th Air Force always bombed in daylight so as to put accuracy over safety. On one mission they got shot up by so much flak that they had no idea how they made it back to England without crashing.

It takes a lot of effort and a lot of $$ to keep them flying. The museum had a lot of damage from Ike. A lot of memorabilia was damaged. We have had a lot of help and hopefully it will be as good if not better than before.

The Spit which was damaged a couple of years ago during taxing incident with the Hawker Hurricane is a LFX-VIE.
