Bacon Explosion

Has anyone tried this? My roommates and I are having a party on Saturday and think this might be too good to pass up? All we have is a webber charcoal grill...any idea if we can pull it off?

Why would you even want to try that?

And I'd imagine that wouldn't go over well at all on a charcoal grill

Cooking that much bacon over an open flame is going to spark a lot of grease fires

been there done that and it was awesome. made one a few weeks ago with cream cheese.

I made one and cooked it over charcoal. You just have to keep the coals on one side and your bacon on the other. I've also cooked the armadillo eggs following the recipe off this board. The armadillo eggs were a much bigger hit with the crowds.

Did one of these with a pork loin in the middle. Was awesome.
