You will find out soon that we have a very good QB, Miles permiting. What made Lee look so bad that year was the defense. For instance in another year a true feeshman was down 14-0 in the swamp because of 2 ints inside LSU's ten...The defense bailed our QB out after that. I mean think about it even the good ones we have had since 99 looked as bad as Lee there first year. As many mistakes he had his freshman year we were still a much better offense than in 09. I have not seen a LSU QB look as good as he did at UF since Davey. They were coming after him every play with a blitz, and he was about as good as you get. He has the release,zip,touch,accuracy to be a really good one,but that's never been his problem. He has one more test though to see if he improved against zone defense with the MLB dropping back. That was the cause of five of those pick sixes, not seeing the linebacker dropping back in the middle of the field.
