Does this sum up Jefferson's play

I think so
There is a 60% chance that
A) He panics when the 1st read ain't open and takes a sack or fumbles
B) He sees the first option ain't open and throws the ball away without looking elsewhere
C) He telographs who he throwing to and waits to long and it gets picked or batted down
Now the other 40% when he throws to someone that he has open one of the follwing happens
A) Throws a bubble screen or an inside screen way to high or at their shoes, and sometimes one of those and behind the
target
B) Throws a slant behind or making the target stop... If he places the ball in the right spot chances are he telegraphed it waited to long and the WR gets knocked out by the DB as soon as he touches the football.
C) The deep ball will either be thrown with no arch 15 yds to far, or 15 yards to short with
the WR having to brake his stide and come back. Every now again his longer passes won't even sprial, the football looks like a helicopter blade coming at the WR. Also no diffence in how hard he throws a five yard pass and thirty yard pass
If we want to run that zone read stuff than put in Spencer Ware, Ruben Randle, or Russell Sheperd. Much better passers and rushers

I think you're magnifying his problems a bit but he's been pretty ineffective the UNC game not withstanding.

It's been a while since I've seen LSU fans collectively pile on top of an LSU player as bad as they are on JJ.

I agree. But I would add that I don't remember seeing a player actually play so deserving of the criticism either.
