Suggestions for cleaning up my stand.

The 8 yr old and I had quite the adventure hunting Saturday evening. He was taking a nap and sat up saying he didn't feel good. Ten seconds later I have projectile vomit in my box stand. The clean up isn't that bad but what can I do to get the smell out. I am going to cut out the carpet where most of it was, but it has a powerful pizza/homemade soup aroma.

Get some buckets of water and try washing it out. Leave any windows or doors open to let it air out.

Doe piss would be great, but then I may decorate the walls with my lunch.

Go to Academy and buy some odor elimination stuff. I'm sure there was to be something you can use...hell.shampoo your carpet.

I would just rip it out and grab another piece of crappy carpet. Its just a deer stand.

How much work would that require? I'm a lazy arse and I would rather just dump some odor eliminator and rub it in.

The smell from that crap almost made me blow chunks, that crap was nasty.

IF it is a closed stand and you dont want to leave it open to the rain, a large bag of regular charcoal is miraculous at adsorbing odor and moisture.
