Lee saved Les's job

I don't think you can give this kid too much credit. He has saved our season and Les's job. The irony is Les still does not have total faith in him. It's amazing how much character this kid has in the face of a lack of belief in him from his head coach. The man who does not believe in him literally owes Lee his job. My respect goes to Lee. I hope my son grows up to have his type of resolve in the face of non belief in his ability.

We are 6-0 probably be 7-0 headed to Auburn, but to say that Lee has saved Les's job is a bit early. I think it is a quality win but we still have a long season left and if Les loses 4 games would you still say this? Enjoy the wins but we still have half of the season to go and it feels good as a fan to see our Tigers 6-0 hosting McNeese next week.

But we are 4-2 without Lee. The OP is talking about the last two weeks.

He hasn't saved his job for good yet, but he's definitely extended it thus far. Add 2 losses to our record if Lee isn't on this team and the fire miles wheels would be gaining a lot of speed

Les isn't going anywhere, not this year anyway. And, for all of the frustrating decisions, that's a good thing. This coaching staff is one good OC away from being one of the best in College Football. We don't want to see the Chief, Brick, Cooper or Wilson going anywhere! jury is still out on Gonzo and I want to see Mawae replace Stud.
