You have to remember that in the Phoenix area, MANY of the people living here are transplants from other parts of the country. You do see a lot of Cardinals fans, it just really depends where you are hanging out at.

they had a whopping 7 or 8 fans show up for the playoff game last year

Wait what? I thought this is a home game! I'm already driving across the causeway to the dome! Looks like I have to turn around and head back! Geez, wish this would have been publicized better as an AWAY game!

those people take their colleges more seriously out here more than Pro stuff, trust me I know, they love UNLV up around here!
