For some reason, these trade proposals are difficult to understand. If you're giving Hightower for Holmes, and you're left with Rice, BJGE, and Jackson, then do not do this.
Rice is your only solid RB play. BJGE will lose carries to Taylor when he gets back, which is soon. Jackson could be displaced by Spiller at any moment. Beanie is whining about lack of playing time in Arizona. You need to keep Hightower.
Caveat: I'm assuming that your WRs are not as bad as your RBs.

In a heartbeat. well, depending on your receivers. Santonio is a must-start in a 3 receiver lineup even before we see how he fits into the offense.
Hightower's time is up. His only case is that he plays on passing downs and they will coming from behind in alot of games. The response to that is the quarterback who will be throwing him the ball.
