Advice for when your player is a "game time decision."

I was just reading and saw that both Stephen Jackson and Ray Rice are a "game time decision" this week. This is always a frustrating situation for fantasy owners.
When this happens, I watch ESPN on Sunday mornings. John Clayton always has the scoop on these guys and will give his spiel in plenty of time to adjust your line up before kick off.

Also on espn.com fantasy page they do an active inscribe sheet that lets you know as soon as they know
