Missed the call-in show. Thanks for the info

Did anyone call in and ask Miles about Lee thinking he was going into the game in the third quarter and then walking back to the bench dejected?

Don't recall.

But they did ask him if JJ or Crowton had an embarrassing info/pics of him.

Watched replay again last night. I thought JL looked noticably dejected, and can't blame him.

SOMEONE told him he was going in.

Doesn't matter if anyone would ask the question. Miles would end up talking about how great the field looked and thinking of some other stuff to ramble on about that really didn't relate to the question.

A caller on the Les Miles show last night ask about when will he take advantage of placing RS in the Wildcat and he gave some bullshite answer like...In order for a wildcat formation to work, the individual lined up as the Wildcat QB first has to demonstrate that he has the ability to throw the ball out of that formation. He went on to say defenses will key-in solely on the run b/c the threat of the pass will not be evident.

IMO, I don't know how in the hell Bama and UF can run it successfully with having RBs and WRs lined up at the Wildcat QB formation and we can't do the same?

He just said "no, nothing that you haven't seen in the media already" and he and Jim laughed and moved on.

Someone started to ask about Lee and they hung up on him fast. Then someone asked if Crowton or JJ ha embarrassing pics of Less. He laughed nervously and said no. Immediately went to the next caller. Everyone else just said how they hate booing and support him. Why do they even bother to have a show.

The answer about the wildcat killed me. He said they won't use it because the guy has to be able to throw. Yet they let Shep and Murphy do it before last year. It worked some. Someone asked who is responsible for the offensive game plan and he hesitated then said he was like he was ashamed. People laughed.

Which is exactly why Shepard, a high school QB that threw for over 1800 yds and 20 TDs as a senior, has attempted 0 passes at LSU, but Keiland Williams, who has never played QB, threw 2 passes in his LSU career.

I was at the show near the front. Hawthorne turned really red when the caller asked about the pics. I don't think he found it too funny.

yeah, I noticed that, too. He was bummed.
The "someone" who told him he was going in was Miles. Just before the kickoff they showed a shot of Lee standing next to Miles, and Miles looks at him and says "go get ready" and Lee took off the headset. After that, you see Lee running in, then Miles tells Jefferson to go in.

I wanted to vomit my food up when Miles stated that they were working on the passing game and one of these Saturday's they are going to break out. I was like dude gets paid 4 million a year for that?

Also his breaking down the 3rd down situation was priceless "You know Jim when your in a 3rd and 12 situation it's really different than being 3rd and 5". No shite sherlock

So explain why RS averaged over 6 yds per carry last year! They knew he was going to run. He's just delusional.

That's it!! That explains why JJ's throws were 7 yds short!

Dandy Don wrote that "Gary" called in and thanked Miles for sticking with JJ.

No, thank you "Gary" (or should I say, Mr. Crowton), for being the voice of the fans.

First of all, Bull shite.

Secondly, didn't Miles get RS over other teams because he recruited him as a QB?
