yeah the computers will consider VT's loss to a FCS opponent.
The VT win will not be considered as quality of a win.

I think Virgina Tech had a big let down after last week's close lost. I would imagine they felt down after losing a game they had won. Next week may not be any better for them. Big let down...big time.

Wrong. James Madison is FCS (formerly 1-AA). Big difference between D2 and D1 FCS. They are the 12 ranked team in FCS but this is still like losing to Jacksonville State or App. State. It ain't good!
