Those are exported raster images of vector art. I use Inkscape, a freeware vector program as well as Paint.net. I use a filter to help but nearly every line is still drawn by hand (actually mouse). Depending on the detail, these can be very tedious and time consuming.
For example, I just did one for a friend. I timed it and it took 18 total hours of digital drawing.

Can someone make a background with half LSU and the other half Saints including the schedules on each side putting this (thanks Kjun) on the lsu side and this (or any other better version) with the same coloring effect for Brees on the the saints side?

I can't do the other one. While the grunge layer I have is large enough, I don't have a logo that large. I could create a vector and scale it to the right size but that is a lot of work. Not that I won't do it for you, I just don't have to time to commit to that at the moment.

My resolution is 1366x768
I'd prefer kinda like the Auburn National Championship one with four players from left to right, and the Braves logo where the crystal ball is...with the white background
