JJ wasnt a leader, you could see it.
However, maturity, hard work and certainty of what you are trying to do will give you confidence.
He may be completely different this year. I think he will be better.

Who really believes he is a leader? Have you seen him? I hope he does great but so far all I've seen is an immature kid trying to be something he isn't.

Based on some of the things that Jefferson did last year, its easy to see how some of the players would doubt him last year.

hes not a natural leader like Shep but he has matured into a pretty good leader, plus there is more leadership around him this year, which will help tremendously

He probably was not a leader last year he was an underclassman, but is has certainly been working on that this year..
