I'll admit that I was a little skeptical about taking Blue, but from all the reports I have heard he is doing well.

Heard that!! I bet a lot more players read this site than anyone thinks. It kind of makes me feel horrible as a LSU fan that we have people that sit here and dog these kids that picked LSU over other schools, and call themselves fans.
It's one thing to be critical, which I'm sure is something that they hear all the time and it doesn't bother them. But plenty of people take it over the top here...and I'm sure they are reading it.

It'd make me want to get on here and set some of the morons straight if I were in that situation. shite...some of them may do it for all we know. However, it probably just pisses them off more when the rest of the rantards join in on the bashing.
If 90% of those posters would know that it was the actual player though, they would be all over their nuts.

I doubt they do. Probably get a kick out of it..being that half the posters don't have a clue what they hell they are saying. I think it'd have a negative impact on players who are being recruited moreso than players that are already on the rosters. That's just my opinion though.

I think the negativity on this board could be pervasive to players and what they think of the coaches. Just as a fan reading this board, its really easy to get down on the team after reading the rant.

I wasn't skeptical about taking Blue, but thought he would probably play LB--so far, it looks like they are he's being used more on offense.
