I hit campus to work on some techniques yesterday. I figured I'd share a 360 degree panoramic of Tiger Stadium...

That picture at 7:00 on a home game Saturday night would look pretty awesome though.

They'll have it all washed up by the first home game.

ETA: and the south endzone is the dirty fan section of the stadium so it looks worse down there.

Direct reflection of the LSUAD. Nothing you can do about "Old", but "Dirty and poorly maintained" can be corrected. What LSU really needs are AD employees that REFUSE to let Tiger Stadium become run down like this, especially in light of the fact that all the S.E.C. Big Boys are renovating and/or expanding their stadiums. Alleva should have cleaned house when he took over.

At least the turf looks pretty good in that photograph, considering how bad it looked right before and after that concert.

And a big to all of you that don't care what condition Tiger Stadium is in. Hell, the great atmosphere is not even what it used to be either, what with so many long time die hards being priced out of the stadium and replaced by the "See and be seen-Leave at Halftime" crowd...

I love that fricking stadium. I love the fact that it is dingy and menacing. Far better than some of the asceptic, characterless strip malls that pass as modern stadiums.

Tiger Stadium and its legion of loons (especially the me oh my SEZ) is th best part of LSU football. Anyone attempting to tinker with the TS legacy should be shot.
