What is the tailgate situation in Atlanta?

What are the rules for tailgaiting in downtown ATL? Are trailers allowed? Do you need a parking pass? Any tailgating restrictions?

Rules are wide open. act a fool and drink plenty. no styrofoam cups required.
Trailers are allowed as most lots are pay cash lots. I have used a trailer there at least 3 times.
no parking passes. pull up and pay cash.
The bums and homeless beggars make it almost not worth tailgating. I hate homeless people.

This is sad but true. Whatever you do, do not offer them a beer or you will have about ten of them hanging out by your tailgate party trying to bum beer all day long.

Huge dirt parking lot just south of the dome where most of the big Tigah tailgates have taken place. I think it's $20 to park but you can hit the dome with a rock. Lots of us ATL Tigahs will be there early setting up. Come on down!!!

Ain't got nothing on downtown Memphis. We stay there for the Ole Miss game every other year and I swear it's like they have the panhandling convention there at that time each time we go.
