Please Help - PS3 NCAA 11 Cover Transfer

I stumbled upon a great NCAA cover with Russell Shepard. It's Xbox 360, and I was hoping somebody could transfer it to PS3. I've tried, and I'm not having much success. Here's the picture:

The other image is a PSD file, so I'll link to it. Also pretty huge. Comes in a Zip file with the XBOX and PS2 templates as well.
