Headed to Minny Saturday for a week long conference...anyone have any ideas of where to eat or even things to do? Already have Twins tickets for one night...

I've heard Matt's Bar is not to be missed...
They've got the burger with the cheese melted inside the patty...

I've been there a couple of times and never found anything that knocked my socks off. Matter of fact, I am heading back up there on the 15th....so let me know if you find a good joint.

There's a Spanish restaurant called Solera downtown where you can get a table on the rooftop. It's a cool atmosphere when the weather is nice. Last time I was there during the summer I had a great time.
