UCI is beating on them pretty bad. UCLA did a lot of damage once the game was out of reach, and Kent St. wasn't about to start putting in their better relievers.

Now this game, there is no tomorrow, so I'm thinking we may see more resistance from kent st. However, I think UCI is playing better ball than UCLA. So, this one will be at least as ugly as yesterday's game.

You know the game sucks when the announcers are debating the kind of bird perched on the outfield fence AND there is camera coverage of it.

I was literally coming here to post that. Lynn and company is board.

The stadium (if we are calling it that) looks pretty empty. I guess a lot of people don't travel for Kent State. At least Paul Mainieri is there watching.

By being the best of a mediocre conference?

Also, allegedly, they are much better than this but this is..........I think only their second tourney appearance of I heard correctly? Sounds like they average much better offense and typically better pitching as well.

4 seeds are always pretty weak though, I think.
