Gee's Raspberry Chipotle Marinade Pork loin

Did one sunday...had to water the Allegro Raspberry Chipotle Marinade to thin it enough to inject the loin...marinaded it a couple of hours in the stuff and made a baste out of some of the allegro and butter....that was almost as good as the one at the tailgate...good stuff Gee...Hat's off 
Bet that stuff is good on chicken too.

Whenever I want raspberry flavor for pork I just use one of the Ken's salad dressing raspberry vinaigrette dressings as the marinade base and tinker with it from there. It works very well.

The allegro does a real good job of mixing in just enough chipotle to get a good flavor without too much heat....I will have to try some combinations because the flavor was really good.

Got it at albertsons...it is very thick
