Apparently a practical joke went a bit far..involving one person (dates LL) listed an e-mail addie (think the grumpy guy) and said he was an admin. Then the recipient e-mailed grumpy gus who played along for a very brief time (esp. in computer time)acting as if he WAS an admin. then said he was not an admin.
Recipient was amused less than others involved and apparently contacted that Memphis lawyer about continuing to sue TD and Mr. Leghorn and the rest of the free world...
or something along these lines..
