How the hell has this woman kept her job for so long with practically nothing to show for it? I know that gymnastics is a minor sport, but her teams consistently choke under pressure (they did it again yesterday).

Don't know a lot about Gymnastics but it does seen there are in the mix but can't get over the hump...the scoring in Gymnastics confuses me...i.e. .100th of a point...

we are consistently ranked in the top 15, we beat #1 Alabama this year, We play in the toughest conference for gymnastics, back to back super six's (back to back final fours), consistently hauls in good recruits (susan jackson, april burkholder, Ashleigh Clare-Kearny), she is involved in breast cancer fundraising every year, good representative of LSU..........................exactly what more, short of a National Championship do you want..........That would be like trent johnson bring us to back to back final fours and you calling for his job....

They didn't choke they came in as the 9th seed out of 12 and gymnastics ranking are the most pure rankings in sports. The meet pretty much always goes exactly how the rankings have it.

I've got no problems with Breaux or the results of the gymnastics team. Both the coach and the team have consistently displayed class and winning abililty for decades.
Some people must have run out of stuff to complain about, apparently.

You are talking about a sport where only FOUR schools have won a national championship. Yes, only FOUR fricking schools, and two of them happen to be in the SEC.

Does her team have a high GPA? Yes.
Do her kids graduate? Yes.

I suppose you think Dee Dee pushed those two gymnasts off of the balance beam yesterday which caused the half point deduction and prevented LSU from advancing to the Super Six???

those girls would've been too scared to fall off the beam if Nick fricking Saban were the coach...we need more discipline in the program!!!

Come on dude she won an SEC Championship in 1981! She's finished in the top 5 in the country once is 30+ years. What do you expect...her to earn the salary she is making? I mean as stated her athletes haven't killed anyone. Lay off DD.

Man, I'd love to see Jon Gruden as gymnastics coach. He'd bring a fiery presence on the sidelines. He'd come, too. Hell, it's LSU!
