i dont know if u can automatically assume he will pay a luxury tax every season to sign over the cap, but he is close to a billionaire, if not a billionaire. And he loves basketball.

He makes me excited for the future of the organization, from the little I've heard about him.

probably a pretty good time to become an owner with hopefully a new CBA on the way that won't handicap teams as badly.

Plus, he has a constant stream of income coming in. Shinn's only income was the Hornets.

This... I can't think of ANY negatives to Chouest taking over. I am excited for the future. I am prolly getting a lil ahead of myself, but things can only get better with a man willing to spend a little more than Shinn, and make this team a contender.

No one knows how much he is worth. He runs a private family owned business with dozens of companies worldwide. I am an accountant for one of his comnpanies and if I don't know, then sure as hell some random person doesn't know.

I know a little about him. He tried to recruit me to play ball at South Lafourche. He is real passionate about basketball. He will pay top dollar for a winner. His son Ross will probably be running the team from what I'm hearing on the Bayou.
