It's overpriced mediocre food. It's not going to floor you.
It's a chain that's trying to take advantage of the location it's in. But just go in with low expectations and you'll be ok.
ETA: I'm actually not sure if it is a chain...but it certainly has that feel to it.

Ive been once, ordered a burger.. it was WEAK!.. Is it worth going again? Im trying to convince the BF to go to Louisiana Laginappe instead.. never been there but really want to try it

LA Lagniappe is much better...save your time, money, and taste buds from Grill Room

definitely go with Lagniappe over Grill Room. much more expensive, but so worth it. i have enjoyed the food at Grill Room the few times i've had it, but the service is subpar and some of the items on the menu are not so good (shrimp and grits =
