Did anyone else HATE this movie?
I usually like Indie films, but this was trying way too hard.

I liked it a lot. Some really funny moments, some poignant stuff, great soundtrack.

I don't get the hype of that movie. I fell asleep both times I tried to watch it.

I thought it was okay. Had some decent scenes and some good dialogue, but came off a little bit pretentious.

Nah, jk. I own the movie, but have only watched it once. I only got it because of Natalie Portman. It's a more depressing, more dramatic, more youthful and fricked up version of Along Came Polly. Not bad, but not a film that had any reason to be all "Sundance-like". Hell, any 16 year old girl will watch it and cry.

I thought we all loved it bc of portman? Braff also picked the music to last kiss soundtrack which was worth a listen

I liked this movie too. I saw it once and enjoyed it. Not the kind of flick I'd watch over and over though. Once was enough.
At the time I saw it, I thought the soundtrack was excellent. Now I'm not so much into it, although I do still like The Shins, Zero 7, and some Remy Zero.

Honestly though, it just seemed like it was trying to be too indie and too hip.

I thought the movie was boring as hell and went nowhere and had an indie soundtrack. no thanks.
