The Need for Speed

My team is short on SB and I have the option of Dexter Fowler, COL or Bret Gardner, NYY... which young OF speedster would you recommend?
I am leaning toward Gardner. It looks like he is in line for 500 ABs, and realistically could steal 50. That said, Fowler may be in line for more ABs and has a better overall skill set.
What say you?
