I'm looking for a recipe to grill deer backstrap on the pit. I've never put it on the pit before any help would be appreciated.

That sounds great but I was looking for something along the lines of a marinade for it.

lite soy
lemon juice
coriander
black pepper
tiny bit of raw sugar
I dont measure, let marinade for about 2 hours, then put on hot grill. If overcooked, go straight to nearest restaurant.
