So i live in arkansas (unfortunately) but we do have one good thing here Oaklawn Oark. And i just read some news where they are trying to get Rachel Alexandra vs Zenyatta in the Apple Blossom Stakes....this will be the biggest sporting news in arkansas since there national champioship 50 years ago...but i was wondering what u guys thought about it and who u think is going to win?

They wont bring Zenyatta to Oaklawn. The Apple Blossom is on a Wednesday and wont be huge draw and its dirt, and Zenyatta has never run out of California.
The Racing Festival of the South will be big though if it happens.

False, Zenyatta's only career race outside of Ca was the 2008 Apple Blossom at Oaklawn. Don't believe me.....try this link 2008 Apple Blossom
Now the Rachel camp seems to be dodging the Apple Blossom and if she isn't ready the damage could be more than $5 million. Think about this, Rachel isn't ready and gets beat by Zenyatta. Next year they go in foal and the year after their foals hit the Keeneland Yearling sales. Which foal goes for more if they both have Curlin's foal? If Rachel goes undefeated her foal might be worth $18 million. Lose to Zenyatta and it could be worth $8 million. Get it?

Apple Blossom is on Saturday April 3rd, along with the Oaklawn Handicap. 5 Million reason for both to show up, and Zenyata's only race outside CA was at Oaklawn.
