Justin Parker Turned Away?

Was JP turned away when he visited and reportedly wanted to commit? According to Dandy Don, there are reports of such an occurrence. He was supposedly told LSU did not have a scholarship to offer.

Going on Wednesday with the "Fobbs signs with LSU" is hardly a scoop. Just make the assertion of a foregone conclusion and then take credit for it.

I don't care. My stance on Don is this:
He's just like most of us, posting on hunches, assumptions, opinions, and he's an LSU fan through and through. Let him be.

He does have connections just like a lot of the posters around here and he's right on occassion. He does know alot of people.

But, he doesn't get "credit" for "breaking" the Fobbs news on...WEDNESDAY.

If we did turn him down it will only increase what we saw this year in recruiting. That is more and more early commits. The potential problem I see with that is even though LSU survived those late de-commits this season it has to be difficult to keep recruits for long periods of time.

Even with the tight fit next year,it seems more likely that we would have gray shirted Wing than turn away a LB.

Dandy simply throws a ton of shite on the wall. What sticks, he "gets credit for". What doesn't, he gets a pass for as a "nice old man that loves LSU".
All I am saying is do NOT use Dandy Don as a reliable source. He has been too unreliable.

no need to bash dandy. He does have alot on his plate and still finds time to write his column, which i read EVERY morning. I enjoy his information right or wrong
