How do we stand with him? I know he has an offer.

I'm not sure about this, but I think it's a matter of grades. With that being said, we probably can't gamble on him with that aspect this late in the game with Wright as our only WR committment and with interest from guys like Boone and Fobbs.

I do think that Kenbrell Thompkinds is a big-time recruit that would be quite the asset to this year's class. If he has the grades, we should get him over at least Fobbs - Boone maybe the best WR prospect left that we have a good shot at landing, though.

Keep?

This is my second account ever on TigerDroppings.

My last one was cancelled - I'm assuming that I offended a whole bunch of people and the site received some complaints about me.

I'm re-grouped and am now intent on being pleasant and informative.

I was mostly positive, in general, about our program over the course of the last couple of days. My positiveness is purely based on our potential as a program...and faith. '

In regards to my negative posts, I had just reviewed all of the prospects from the UF and TX classes, and I was very frustrated that LSU hadn't landed any of those prospects.

The truth is, I really like a lot of the guys in this year's Tiger class, and I am a bit worried about the coaching staff making the necessary adjustments from last year to this upcomming year. So, while I have a few mixed feelings about the overall picture of things, I am very excited about next season and I realize that we're not as far away from another National Championship as it may seem at times.

National Championships are hard to win, though. We cannot GIVE games away that we should win. This includes sealing the deal agaist a favored opponent when the chance presents itself.

If we have a scholarship available in the spring and he still is looking around then he might get a look.Sort of like Brown last year.Just a thought, nothing to sy whether it's true or not but i'd assume if we have aspot open we will at least take a look.He graduates JC in the spring I think.

Nah....He signed an LOI with TN, but didn't graduate his JUCO, so the LOI is void. From what we hear, he is now considered an Oklahoma lock...TIFWIW.
