Ive been posting on here with a bunch of friends for the last few months..One, a former LSU receiver. Another, (best friend) who was a NFL player and Notre Dame grad, and a couple other guys who dragged me on here to read about a local kid they coached against. We all share this account.

Now im not a bandwagon fan. My dad was born and raised in New Orleans. Established business ties to San Diego, and thats where i grew up..So because his Louisiana ties i always loved LSU..I wasnt good enough to be recruited by them at the time in early 80's and went to San Diego ST to play football, with a few offers from Pac 10 schools.

With this said, since we (me and Pals) been getting on this board we have had nothing but laughter. Some at college kids who just like have a good time when they have nothing better to do, and the pure craziness that others and several TAF members and now Dandy Don think have a negative effect on the program and on recruits.

Of the 8 in state recruits we came to know at lawton hall on Saturday's this season (that were already commits) their take on this was (Tiger Rant)...Few didnt hear of it, others just blew it off, one laughed and said, "thats a bunch of nerds and kids who cant get any, and dont know anything". I will tell who they did hear of though, DANDY DON!!...

That leads me to my issue. YES we are all die hards on this board and say positive and negative things (some more than others). But not everyone we recruit nor the fanbase has to read they are "ALL SEC" type players before leaving here, or "Big time" studs either..Guess why? Cause there NOT..U dont think out of state and in state recruits reading that, has some worries on playing time, Don? Your site (which i read everyday and contribute to) does just as much damage then a message board, Don.

Some kids have to be in the signing classes to be special teamers, practice players, and just fill out a 3 deep depth chart. Their not gonna be all world like you think, DON. Student Athletes who sign with schools care about 4 things.. NFL, Playing time on a winning team, What the city offers if Nfl isnt in the cards, and "Education".. Thats it.

Until the fanbase can grasp this concept, lofty expectations that arent met will continue to have this reaction..I have my own opinions of Les Miles, and the direction of the program. Some things good and some things Bad.. But luckily me, my friends, and everyone here has a place to go to say how they feel...

Two things:

1 - Why in the hell would a bunch of guys share one "account"? It doesn't cost anything to have your own actual screen name.

2 - Be honest. Were you a little bit drunk when you typed that?

You said all that to claim what Don says hurts, but what we post here does not? I would criticize your post, but do do so, it would need to make at least one point and make a little sense. It does neither.

Since no one else seems to be backing you up, I'll give a

Thanks for the insight. 99% of this board was never recruited for division 1 athletics, and 99% of the board don't have contact with future players like you seem to have.

Because we like many possible recruits who "supposedly" read this dont take it seriously.

Im saying any type of negativity hurts.I just dont believe its taken as seriously by possible recruits and their families (if they even read this) as you may think.

Im also saying feeding a fan base with non realistic views such as he gonna be a "ALL SEC PLAYER" or a "BIG TIME" player hurts the base and possible recruits cause they believe it more.
