Saints with and without Ellis...

I was curious so I did a little research:
The saints rush defense, while not good, has been much much better with Ellis. In our 10 games with him we've given up 101 ypg. In the 6 games without him, 156 ypg. 101 ypg would be good enough for 9th in the league right now. (saints rank 21st)

I think having a healthy secondary is equally if not more important... Our LB's too. We have shanle and fujita back active in the blitzes and we're allowed to blitz more from our secondary being more depended on.

players being health really makes a big differnce, i think our Defense will bring us to a win sunday, it will keep the vikings quite long enough to get something going on offense to get a sizable lead.
