Thank God losing 31 - 7 and 31 - 0 to Aub and Bama

in a five-loss season didn't cause us to run off our coach.

I am a Miles supporter and not a whiner, but landmarks on the way up do not equal those same landmarks on the way down.

bc LSU should be at the same point in 2002 as it is now and last season. thanks for comparing things in a vacum.

The thing is, 09 was not a "on the way down" season. o8 was, but in 09 you should have seen another set of "landmarks on the way up". Such as better record, better bowl game, and better national ranking.

again....its the quality of the product...
if 3 stars play out of their mind and have a solid game plan and lose 31-0..you can live with it because a better team beat you...
when your 4-5 stars get blown off the line, when you are down by 2 with 1 minute to play, have first and 10 at the opponent's 40 yard line and have a time out and lose yardage on 3 consecutive plays only to convert a miracle 4th and 26and still lose because of poor clock management...then you have a situation where someone doesn't know their arse from a hole in the ground....

Fire Nick Saban??
Apparently some people have designs on seeing LSU Head Coach Nick Saban getting the boot. Someone registered www.firenicksaban.com. Either they don't like the direction LSU is heading, or they are a Bears/Falcons/NFL fan staking out their future claim. (Domain Lookup service available here.)

apparently so. some people are so caught up in looking at records and comparisons and not at the quality of play (or lack thereof) or any other intangibles.
