Why doesn't LES tell us if Shepard was in the doghouse?

This really pisses me off. It really makes Miles look like a dumbass for not playing Shep more than he did. Where was he for the bowl game? You can't tell me that this kid was not in Miles doghouse. Fess up Les. We deserve to know. For the sake of recruiting other 5 star recruits, let the fanbase know. We have a frickin' "WANT" to know.

I am just pissed he didnt redshirt him. If you arent going to make a playmaker like that a huge part of your offense then REDSHIRT HIM!

Yeah... keep it in house and watch what happens. Remember Perrilloux? I keep thinking of that video of Shep telling that student that he's about to hit the concrete. Remember that video. I'm beginning to wonder about this dude. Something is definitely going on.

shepard was a true freshman who really wasn't physically ready for the riguers of SEC play and would have been better served to have had a red shirt year but due to the hype of his recruitment and unreasonable expectations of our fan base that was not really an option.

I just tried to look it up. Couldn't find it. It was posted on here (TD) before the season. He had a friend following him around campus with a video camera showing what he goes through during the day. At one point a student starts to move towards him to take a picture and he tells him that he's about to hit the concrete. It doesn't sound like much but it seems to me that he could possibly have a short fuse. Short fuses get you in trouble. I'll try to look the video up again....

I somewhat agree, but if Miles would have redshirted RS this board would have gone apeshit. Hindsight is 20/20

Disagree, I think if Miles would have come out sometime before the season started and said that Shepard was not ready to play sec football and was going to be redshirted I think most people would have been ok with it. Not in the rambling, mumbling BS talk that has made him a national laughing stock of football. Where he really messed up IMO is all the talk before and after games saying he was going to play or just couldn't find the right time and place to put him in.

I would rather miles HAD redshirted him. Playing him this year was a waste excluding the long TD run.

i agree with that, besides that he wasn't really ready to play, there was no reason to play him with Holiday being a senior. But can you imagine the meltdown from the rantards if he would have been redshirted?

Miles just trying to cover up so he has an excuse for not playing him. If he came out and told the truth that he's just a dumbass probably wouldn't fly with that $4 million dollar salary

would hardly call the guy a dumbass. He graduated from high school a half year early and was there for spring camp before his true freshman year.
