If Les Miles opened a restaurant in Baton Rouge?

What would he name the place?
What kind of food would he serve?
What would the service be like?
Who would be the coordinators for the kitchen & the front?
Would it stay busy?
Would posters err err customers leave happy?
etc...
Note: this off-season thread is the 1st installment of many more idiotic threads like this to come from me.

His restaurant would be one of those that always forgot to bring the check. AKA always having blunders at the end

He would ahve 5 star chefs from around the world come in and only serve burgers, fries, shakes. So they would never live up to their potential. And they would all have to start in condiments no matter how good they are. And NONE and I mean NONE of the first year 5 stars could cook the pattis!!!

I think the name would be "Clockers" or "Les's Mess."
I think he would opt to serve very bland, very boring food.
The service? All the food would be overcooked or undercooked because all the timers in the kitchen are confusing. And, it would all be served to you thirty seconds after you left the restaurant in frustration.
Who would run the kitchen/front? Les would, but he'd blame somebody else for screwing it up.
Would anyone leave satisfied? Is ANYONE satisfied with Les?
Definitely a one star place, but free "Capital One Bowl Champs" hats for the kids on Thursdays!

Food and service would be good during the first visit, but would go downhill afterwards with a noticeable rise in price.
It will stay busy because some will continue to eat there no matter how bad it gets and convince others it's worth the price because it's a family place that supports the economy because it hires anyone but fires no one.
