OL worries/fixes??

I think the MAJOR PROBLEM with the o-line this year was the change in the overall blocking scheme by the OC. It has been stated on here before and other places that the OL coach and the players were not in favor of the change and do not like it.
I think it would help to go back to old blocking scheme. Like the old saying says "WHY TRY TO FIX SOMETHING THAT IS NOT BROKEN"

Inexperienced center, physically weak LG, sporatic/clumbsy RG, predicatable OC/play calling/personnel packages creating a stacked box, .........

Can anyone take a guess as to why the OC would want to change the blocking scheme from what has been working?
And to call the play of the RG "sporatic/clumbsy" is putting it nicely. All I could say is graduation is going to be a blessing for the OL.
