I'll go first.

#1 Offensive line - either change blocking schemes, players, play calling something to get the ball down the field.
#2 Quarterback play - JJ or whoever needs to have hot routes or dump passes to avoid negative plays. Better pocket awarenes..ie. step up into pocket prior to 12 yard sack.
#3. get Russell Shepard in the game with a limited amount of pass plays to keep defenses honest. Thats the difference in a pure running back (which he is great at by the way) and a true dual threat quarterback.

What say ye?

Spread is great with a OC who can develop a qb and mix things up. We need to develope a fullback and get back to I formation and manhandle folks. Then go to the air to soften up the D. This equals a dominant 4th quarter where we win running away. We have seen it work too many times. Lets get back to it.

It is a 3-ring circus between the following:

1) Inconsistent QB play
2) Inconsistent Oline play
3) Blocking schemes

When you add in the other ingredients of poor play-calling, clock management, and use of skill players, it is a recipe for disaster - that falls solely on the OC. We can either go thru another year or so of "finger-pointing" as to "why LSU struggles on offense", and certainly any of the above factors contribute to the problem, but it's apparent that a complete overhaul of the system or the leader of the system is needed to get going in the right direction. Maturity of the QB and OLine can help this out to a great degree, but it will really only "mask" the underlying problems. We could/should be a lot better, even when we show some signs of competency.

How about the kicking team ???
I can't believe we can't find someone to kick it beyond the goal line....into the end zone

The OC needs to be changed.

Crowton is to offense what Tepper is to defense.

Les' career hangs on his decision with Crowton.

We get better results from kicks fielded inside the 7 and run back. Just sayin'.

This. Once the o-line play is corrected and LSU has a consistent running game, then you can make a better evaluation of the QB position.

reduce the number formations.

reduce the substitution packages for formations.

reduce dependence on audible play calling from booth while standing at the line of scrimmage.

Reduce Gary Crowton's input on LSU's offense.

are you serious? Most NFL kickers can't consistently kick it into the endzone. Is LSU not one of the best in the country in this category?

Well, several of the seats/benches in the stadium slope the wrong way --- the back is below the front. Not sure who the ergonomic genius is that thought that up but it should be changed.

Whatever service runs the scoreboard updates --- the scores from other games --- is always at least 20 minutes behind. At the very least get someone with a cell phone to get quicker updates.

The University of Washington had a Starbucks in the stadium. Ole Miss has a Corky's. Why don't we have an a Mike Anderson's, Prejean's or Mulatte's in the stadium? This needs to be corrected now. However, I am not sure that I want people who have tailgated all day trying to negotiate the stairs and trying to get to the middle of the rows with hot gumbo. We may need to edit the menu.

These are the most pressing items I have.
