TIA.

He said he knew if his team got it into overtime that his team had a chance to win it. So he understands the concept of overtime, which is nice, I guess. He also said a bunch of other nonsensical stuff.

He said, "I enjoyed the want for this team's quality play."

Didn't he say something about it being the same team?

he was asked the standard old"what did you learn about your team tonite?" and he said he didn't learn anything that he didn't already know about their desire to win, etc, etc.

"I knew if we got into overtime, wed have a chance to win"

Reporter: "What was different this week over last week"
Miles: "We have a strong team"
Reporter: "But what did you do different this week"
Miles: "We have a talented team with a want to win"

***May not be exactly what he said word for word, but in essence, that was his response***

Les should stop doing pre and post-game interviews. He sounds like an idiot.

He avoided saying, "We called better plays this week."

If he was smart he would've said that.

Yup, his willingness to accept responsibility for the meltdown last week ended tues night...

All he had to say was "We were more prepared for the situation"

Honestly, it was something like this.

She was trying to get at what he learned and did differently. It sounded like he was in a completely different conversation. The questions and answers didn't match up. She looked frustrated.

He was being polite. What he should have said:

"Erin, you moronic c*nt, if you knew the first thing about athletic competition, you would know that dwelling on your past triumphs and failures is the easiest way to lose the competition you're in today. Sure, we made some mistakes a week ago that cost us a game we could and should have won. But if we had spent half the time this week on the Ole Miss game that you and your idiot play-by-play announcers have spent in the last 3 hours, we would have had our asses handed to us by a pretty good Arkansas team. Now go back to your hotel room and take a shower. Maybe put some bubble gum in the keyhole first. And have a great day!"

That was kind of what my foggy brain remembered.
