New OC - Looking at offense rankings

Seems like the top 20 here is the best place to start for a new OC. There are a few of the top offenses that will likely lose their HC's to new jobs this offseason. Their OC's will then be looking at well.

The question for these then becomes, which OC's really called the shots and which were just assistants to the HC's?

I'd like to see someone who runs a fairly balanced offense (no Leach-types) and can take on all last minute offensive game management for Miles. Nevada and Houston have both been strong for 2 years running...

I've said Holgorsen(Houston) would be a great hire.

I'd need to look at his bio, but TCU's OC could deserve a look. I think he was brought in fairly recently and put some life in a dead TCU offense.
