I just read this post by a WKU fan posted on LSU's CBS page.

Is there anyone that went to the game tonight that thought the game was as poorly officiated as our radio announcers thought? or were they just being extremely biased? Our announcers seemed to think it was overwhelmingly unbalanced.

we got a lot of calls in the first half. it was even in the 2nd. regardless we did NOT win bc of officiating.

I took a nap and woke up with only 5 minutes or so left in the game. I didn't catch most it it so I don't know if that was true or not.

I went and didn't think it was biased at all...
There weren't many fouls called on either team IMO

I would ask if this was Kige, but there are more than 3 words in this post and no emoticon.
I kid, I kid.

The officiating is almost always in favor of the home team - I'm surprised that that poster is surprised.

Just got back from the game. I thought the officiating was pretty fair for the most part. The foul on Bo Spencer's 3 late was probably a bit touchy.

Slaughter could have been called for palming each time down the floor. I view these games from a neutral point of view and I thought it was actually a very well officiated game. The travel calls on LSU were right on. There was a block or two on WKU that were questionable, but then again 95% of block/charges can go either way.

Just got back from the game and yes I thought that both teams fouled alot and the refs never called anything on either side. At times the refs let the game get alittle out of hand and then they would call some cheap foul on the three. Overall I can see why WKU would feel the way they do.

Total fouls: WKU 23, LSU 9
Free throws: WKU 8-10, LSU 18-23
Take it fwiw
I didn't see the game, so I reallly couldn't comment.
