in the forth quarter because they had enough of Alabama. He said this was his observation from standing on the Bamer sidelines. For Finebaum to suggest LSU was frightned to continuing playing his beloved Sabanites, is dispicable. I called the WJOX progran director, Ryan Haney, and left a message asking him to repremand Finebaum for assurting LSU players were cowering before the powerful crimson tide. Finebuam when on to say Saban said his goal was to make team fear playing Bama and that's what happened Saturday night. If you would like to complain about Finebaum's characteration of the LSU players, you may reach Ryan Haney at 205-942-6690.

i'm just going by the shots of him on the sideline. Normally the starting qb is telling the coach, no matter what, to let him back in. if he was clear, and he's the best qb we have and we want to win, how come he didn't go back in?

my experience in life is that guys like finebaum will get his due. hey, they're winning and he rubs it in and bama fans lap it up and he raises the price of his advertisers and he makes more money. best way to deal with finebaum is not listen to him. we'll beat bama again, believe you me. when we do, betcha finebaum won't take your call or hangs up on you. bamers pay his salary man.

Finebaum is a "homer" and a moron. You can't take him seriously when he makes a statement like that.

There you go. A 52 yr old guy about 5' 7" 135lb who couldn't beat his way out of a wet bag with an embarrassing crush on Saban knows all about toughness.

I'm not agreeing with Finebaum, but Jefferson's body language on the field after he was hit and on the sideline indicated he had no intention of playing anymore.

I suspect Miles was covering and his ankle will be fine to practice today and following. He looked like he quit to me.

I hope I'm I'm wrong.

tell that to Patrick Peterson, who fought to get on the field every chance he got.

Miles made it sound like in his presser today that JJ wouldn't practice much until Wed. May just be more covering for that quitter though.

Saban said something very similar when he was here. He said that he wanted opponents to look at the schedule and dread seeing LSU on it because they knew they were going to be in for a war. It's part of his coaching philosophy. He gets his players to go out and play hard and try to physically dominate your opponent for 60 minutes.
I don't believe our players were frightened. But I can bet they knew that they could not match the physicality of Alabama.

Saban is the one who looked scared when he came across to shake lesticles' hand. The prick wouldn't even make eye contact with the Lesticles. That's how a dog looks right before he gets his a$$ chewed off by another dog.
