does anyone on here know if LOT M is a free lot or if its a pay lot? I usually tailgate in a certain spot, but I have a family member who thinks that because her daughter lives in a dorm in that area we can just park there because we want to. I think I already know the answer...but I need someone to back me up???

No. Its also the Handicapped lot as well...They can just park across the street in the Graham/WCA lot though.
