Buddy Songy & Stevan Ridley

Is Buddy Songy f-ing Stevan Ridley's mom or something? For the last two years Buddy has been infatuated with Stevan Ridley. Today, he is at it again calling for him to get a chance. I don't get how he can continue to call for SR to get playing time when he has never seen him play or practice.

Ridley has a few touches. He runs hard and is built to run in this offense. He'll get his chances next year.

I tend to agree with your comments. Personally I felt SR did run effectively last year the few times he played prior to the injury. He also gives his all on ST plays this season. Still no reason to believe he could be more effective than Scott or Williams at this point. He'll get his shot next year if healthy.

Well, Shepard has in fact played. LSU fans have actually seen him average something like 6 or 7 yards a carry.

Is Ridley still 100% from that injury is the real question. If you can't get Scott, Williams, and Holiday going Ridley is not any better than those.
Why risk the next two years of his career when you know your gonna need him next year!

Ridley is the best back on the team. He will get his rturn next year... just injured this year and Les wants the sr. charles scott to make millions in the pros.

Ridley reminds me of Mark Ingram by the way he's built and the way he runs low to the ground.
