Does anyone have an experiences with ING and thier mortgage products? Good or Bad. I have a savings account with them and they are offering a 3.98% for five years with not points. Thanks for any input.

thats a 5/1 adjustable arm..STAY AWAY..THE FIXED RATE IS TWO LOW TO TAKE AND ARM..
