Asked: "On if Shepard is still a valued part of the offense...

Miles: “Absolutely. Certainly it’s something that we have not gotten accomplished at this point and something that we desperately want to get woven into the thread of our offense.”

Shepard has been at LSU for 10 months and only knows 3 plays. 1. Run right 2.Run Left, 3. Catch a pass. That's it. Now somehow with 1 month of football left, Miles says we've been desperate to use him. WTF? How many plays has he been used? 2 or 3 plays a game if any. He gains yards like everytime he has the ball and we can't seem to get him in the game, like its just too complicated to insert him somewhere. I know he fumbled the ball but I think any coach in America could utilize him a lot more, especially when the offense gets stagnet. No excuse for this at all. None. The players say he is explosive, the coaches say he is exposive, everyone can see he is explosive. Where is he? On the bench, watching JJ run the option to nowhere once every set of downs. Just think we need some excitement in the game every once and awhile.

Shep has tremendous upside, but you have to earn your spot on the field. While Shep has ripped off some nice runs, he's fumbled a few times and we've had to use a 2 timeouts because he seemed confused...

That's BEEN a problem under Miles. Remember RP too? The coaches need to get the frickin play in more timely.

I think the main problem is his size. I don't think he's quite ready to handle the pounding he'll get running the ball in the SEC.

What is up with Miles' over use of the adverb, "certainly"?

Timeouts??? This is a mystery, If he is calling timeouts to ask, Les "do I run right or do I run left" there is alot of people that will be very disappointed the next 4 years?

My question to the people call plays is(Miles and Crowton)...Why don't we put people in motion more,a little wildcat formation, roll the pocket to help JJ, run option with Shep and Holiday to WIDE SIDE of field, fake a few punts,(Show so Balls), Line-up JJ/J.Lee/R.Randle/Shep are any 3 listed in the backfield ( all have played Q.B.)and let it roll. Just do something Different this week!!!!!! If it don't work ,It will still equal the amount of yardage you will gain on the K. Williams Option to short side of the field!!!!!!!!!!!@ least the def. will have to stop and think? what the hell? My 7 year old daughter know what we run when we line up>

Trindon is very muscular for a guy his height. He's taken some pretty good shots and just popped back up. Plus he tends to avoid the pile driver tackles.

Wow!!! This is :poop:

The coaches are obviously wanting to keep the best and brightest on the bench.....Don't you think that if he truely had the confidence of the staff that he would be in more.

C'mon MAN!!!!

If there is one statement that I'm tired of seeing, this is it. Maybe when he gets stronger and adds a lil' size then he will be aiight to play in the SEC.

Signed,
Trindon Holliday

This staff just doesn't know what they are doing. Does any team use as many formations as we do? No that they work, but it looks good.

They should simply work on more plays out of fewer formations. All those formations just confuse our offense. Crowton is an idiot that can't adapt the offense to these players. That's why Miles is always saying that it's not the plays that are being called but rather its execution.

It's his height to weight ratio that's the problem. Trindon is compact and low to the ground, as where Shep is tall and skinny.
