kliebert alligator farm on yellow water road in ponchatoula. they used to sell gator ribs and also gives you a recipe that tells you how to cook them

i called the number and the guy told me, that if i gave him a days notice, i could pick them up at there warehouse near the airport
priceing, contact info and other items are on the web page
ribs are 5.50 a pound w/ a 10 pound minimum
