Heck of a pickup for yall. I saw him play last year, against my High School and he was very dominant. Could easily play DE for a lot of colleges. I talked to one of our Ast HS football coaches where I live and he said Dickson was the most physical of any player that we played against last year in 5A south football here in Mississippi.

In 2006 LSU signed as said by some, the #1 LB, #1 DE and the #1 TE in the state of Ms. But they only signed 2 kids, how was this?

Dickson must have been the 5th or 6th guy we picked up who said that he wanted to take all of his visits before committing sometime towards the end of the regular season. I definitely remember that Ware said the same thing. I wonder what is making them change their minds. I also wonder if we are getting closer and closer to an early signing period in college football.

he looks like he loves contact and has a helluva thrust when he makes contact
which is why I think defense makes some sense with him. Richard has some pop too for a guy his size and Travis looks like he'll be bigger and have more weight behind that pop
I could easily see him at DE ..possibly even LB if he is quick and agile enough ..probably get too big to play any backer spot though

I was on the field at Rice today for a scrimmage. Got to get in some football some way...
