I'm not a recruiting guru, just a rb lurker for the most part, but how many schollies do we have this yr? We are at 19/20 and I dont think we had near this many commits at this time in the past few years. Is this a good thing or a bad thing? Thanks for the response in advance.

Probably 25 for this year and 21 or so for next year due to the extremely small junior class.
I think that having 19/20 at this point is a good thing because LSU has been getting quality players. They aren't settling at all, and this isn't even that strong of a year for LA.

We have 25 every year. If the coaches give out fewer than that, it is because of the 85 player overall limit.
Most coaches, however, will take a full class and sort out the numbers later.
If you are asking how many scholarship seniors we have, I believe the answer is 17 or 18.
