need help with meuniere sauce recipe to top with after pan sauteing the filets.

not sure if i am right, but i think its just worchestshire sauce and lemons that are cooked down... maybe adding a little half/half... don't remember but that sounds kind of right. check it out on food network if no one knows exactly
