Who is ready for Ole Miss this weekend?

It is less than 2 days from #11 Ole Miss coming to town and it seems like no one is talking about them. Harvard has way more threads than the Rebels do. If I remember right, Ole Miss was one of the last series we lost last year before that amazing 20-something win streak.
Is it because talking about Harvard is more fun than talking about Ole Miss or has Ole Miss become that meaningless to us these days?

its gonna be an exciting series....hopefully we can get our lineup together and really hit the ball. Pitching doesnt worry me with lsu but we def. need to get the bats going and hopefully tonights game was a good jump start

They are 11th!? Must be doing something right! Anybody know what are there strong suits? Is it there hitting or pitching that have carried them this season?

they have 4 guys hitting over .350, 1 over .400
their team ERA is only 4.90, nothing special...their ace is philip irwin, 4-0 1.82 ERA
oddly enough their most talented starter, drew pomeranz who shut us down last year has been mediocre(1-0 3.44ERA)
and their all-american closer scott bittle who was a 2nd rond pick by the yankees last year hasnt been very good at all(1-2 5.06ERA 3 saves)

Their Friday and Saturday starters are actually pretty damn good. They've used a different pitcher the last two Sunday's and they've both been rocked for double digit runs or close to it. That has thrown their team ERA off. We don't need to come out lethargic because they are a very good team.
